A veteran of the event industry, Chip has been producing events of all types all over the US and Canada for the past thirty years. Chip has served as Vice President of Operations for the Memphis in May International Festival in Memphis, Tennessee, as Executive Director of Artigras, an award winning juried arts festival in the Palm Beaches of Florida and as Production Manager for Bumbershoot in Seattle. Additionally, he served as Booking and Marketing Director for a 14,000 seat Arena complex in North Carolina and as Festivals Coordinator for the City of Asheville, North Carolina.

 Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Chip received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Chattanooga in Recreation and a master’s degree from Radford University in Virginia in counseling and educational leadership. He is married and has two grown kids. Chip and his wife reside in Kingston. Despite being from Tennessee, he is an avid supporter of Georgia Tech athletics.
