She has been a featured speaker at leading national conferences, participated on advisory boards, conducted interviews on industry best practices and facilitated countless strategic planning, creative thinking and sales training sessions. During her career, Paula has held leadership positions with Washington Mutual, Clear Channel Communications and the Minnesota Vikings. Paula is the Founder and President of Caravel Marketing; a consulting firm specializing in partnership marketing and strategic planning and serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for the Special Olympics USA Games.
Paula serves as a member of the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art board of directors, where she chairs the marketing committee. She is a nature enthusiast and often can be found navigating the waters of the Pacific Northwest with her family, hiking one of the many trails, or perfecting her swing on the golf course.
